Payment is due upon receipt of treatment. We accept cash, debit and most major credit cards. Please keep in mind that your insurance is a contract between you and the insurance company/employer. As such, you are responsible for the full payment of your treatment.

As a convenience to you, our office will submit the charges to your insurance carrier. We offer electronic insurance submissions where possible.

Additional financial options are discussed during your treatment plan consultation. Dr. Rouah and his team will guide patients in choosing from the following 3 options:

Option #1 5% reduction for prepayment of fees in full

Option #2 3 month, in-office financing secured with post-dated credit card payments

Option #3 Inquire at your banking institution regarding a line of credit, with low bearing interest rates
